ശ്രീലങ്കയിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ നഗരമായ ഗാലെ(സിംഹള: ගාල්ල;തമിഴ്: காலி), ശ്രീലങ്കയുടെ തെക്കു പടിഞ്ഞാറു ഭാഗത്ത് കൊളബൊയിൽ നിന്നും 119 കിലോ മീറ്റർ അകലത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു^[1] . ശ്രീലങ്കയിലെ തെക്കൻ പ്രവിശ്യയുടെയും ഗാലെ ജില്ലയുടെയും ആസ്ഥാനമാണ് ഈ നഗരം. ക്രിക്കറ്റ് മത്സരങ്ങൾക്ക് വേദിയാകുന്ന, ഗാൾ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സ്റ്റേഡിയം ഈ നഗരത്തിലാണ്.
