Rusa sika (Cervus nippon) adalah jenis rusa dari keluarga Cervidae yang menempati wilayah Asia Timur. Rusa sika mendiami habitat hutan berdaun gugur di sebelah utara dan hutan campuran subtropis dan hutan di daerah yang lebih hangat di sebelah selatan Asia Timur. Rusa Sika adalah kerabat dekat dari rusa merah, rusa merah asia tengah dan elk. Rusa sika ditemukan dari wilayah Ussuri di Siberia sampai semenanjung Korea, Manchuria, Tiongkok sebelah utara dan selatan, dengan populasi yang sedikit terisolir di Vietnam. Rusa Sika juga mendiami kepulauan Jepang dan Taiwan. Rusa Sika juga didatangkan ke pulau-pulau di Pasifik.


Sika (しか atau 鹿) Tentang suara ini dengar (bantuan·info), diromanisasikan shika dalam Sistem Hepburn adalah kata dari bahasa Jepang untuk rusa secara umum. Sedangkan nama Jepang untuk Cervus nippon adalah nihonjika (にほんじか, 日本鹿).
