梅花鹿（Cervus nippon）是鲸偶蹄目鹿科个动物。


分布拉东亚，范围从西伯利亚到韩国、中国东部。体长一米五横里。夏季届毛色栗红，有得交关白斑，像煞梅花，故名；冬季毛色烟褐，白斑不明显。


各地梅花鹿外表差异不大，传统上归为一種。随著分子手段介入，有观点[1]认为应该分成功七種：


  • 日本梅花鹿（Cervus nippon）

  • 北海道梅花鹿（Cervus aplodontus）

  • 对马梅花鹿（Cervus pulchellus）

  • 东北梅花鹿（Cervus hortulorum）

  • 四川梅花鹿（Cervus sichuanicus）

  • 华南梅花鹿（Cervus pseudaxis）

  • 臺湾梅花鹿（Cervus taiouanus）
