იუსტიციის უმაღლესი საბჭოს წევრები საქართველოში ვიზიტით მყოფ ვენეციის კომისიის დელეგაციას შეხვდნენ აპრილი 2, 2019

შეხვედრაზე საერთო სასამართლოების შესახებ კანონპროექტზე ისაუბრეს, რომელიც უზენაესი სასამართლოს მოსამართლეობის კანდიდატების შერჩევის კრიტერიუმებსა და პროცედურებს ეხება.

სასამართლო რეფორმების შეფასება საქართველოში მარტი 21, 2019

საქართველოს მოსახლეობის 51% სასამართლოს დამოუკიდებლობას დადებითად აფასებს- ასეთია „IPSOS France“-ს, „Amicus Curiae“-სა და პროფესორ იან ვან დაიკის კვლევის შედეგები. კვლევის პრეზენტაცია 15 თებერვალს გაიმართა. კვლევა იუსტიციის სამინისტროს დაკვეთით კონსორციუმებმა „IPSOS France“-მ, „Amicus Curiae“-მ, პროფესორმა იან ვან დაიკმა და საქართველოს საზოგადოებრივი აზრისა და ბიზნესის კვლევის საერთაშორისო ცენტრმა, „გორბმა“ ჩაატარეს. საქართველოს მასშტაბით 2018 წლის 10 სექტემბრიდან 25 ოქტომბრის ჩათვლით პირისპირ ინტერვიუს მეთოდით 2013 რესპონდენტი გამოიკითხა.
