How do I delete about clean ArcGIS service (Windows OS, ArcGIS Server 10.2.2)
where can some old service files remain?
(servernamedirectories- here I delete everything related to old service)
ps.The problem is that the old service poorly draws the generated cache tile, zoom in or out at some cache tile missing (previously this service worked fine).
If I create a new service (different name) and cache, use old service, then everything is fine.

ArcGIS Server 10.2.x is less than two months from retirement. Ancient installs occasionally need a fresh reinstall to restabilize them after years and years of adds and deletes of services. It's been five years since I last used 10.2, but I recall it to have been quite stable; I was doing hundreds of automated service additions and removals daily, and it only got corrupted once or twice a quarter. There doesn't seem to be anything we can do about this issue.
