מדף הקרח רוס (באנגלית: Ross Ice Shelf) הוא מדף הקרח הגדול ביותר באנטארקטיקה. שטחו של המדף 487,000 קילומטר רבוע, ואורכו 800 קילומטר (שטחו גדול משטח צרפת).


עובי המדף כמה מאות מטרים, ואורך חזית הקרח הפונה אל האוקיינוס הדרומי כ-600 קילומטר. גובה מדף הקרח מעל פני הים הוא בין 15 ל-50 מטרים, אולם 90% מהקרח המרכיב את המדף נמצא מתחת לפני הים.


מרבית שטח מדף הקרח מהווה חלק משטח חסות רוס המהווה (על פי הכרזתה) חלק מניו זילנד. מרבית מדינות העולם אינן מכירות בתביעת ריבונות זו.


המדף קרוי על שם רב החובל ג'יימס קלארק רוס אשר גילה אותו ב-28 בינואר 1841. רוס מיפה את חזית המדף.


ממדף הקרח רוס ניתק הקרחון B-15 שהוא הקרחון הימי הגדול ביותר שתועד. שטחו המקורי היה כ-11,000 קמ"ר, יותר ממחצית שטחה של ישראל. הקרחון ניתק במרץ 2000 ונשבר לאחר מכן למספר קרחוני משנה שהגדול בהם היה קרחון B-15A בשטח 3,100 קמ"ר.
