หิ้งน้ำแข็งรอสส์ (อังกฤษ: Ross Ice Shelf) ตั้งอยู่ในทวีปแอนตาร์กติกา มีพื้นที่ประมาณ 487,000 ตารางกิโลเมตร เล็กกว่าประเทศฝรั่งเศสเล็กน้อย[1] มีขนาดความกว้าง 800 กิโลเมตร ลึกเข้าไปข้างใน 970 กิโลเมตร เป็นลักษณะผาตั้งสู่ทะเลมีความสูง 60 เมตร บางช่วงน้ำแข็งอาจหนาถึงกว่า 750 เมตรซึ่งจะอยู่ตอนใน หิ้งน้ำแข็งรอสส์มีลักษณะคล้ายแพยักษ์ขนาดใหญ่ ค่อย ๆ เคลื่อนตัวออกสู่ทะเลในอัตราสม่ำเสมอที่ 1.5-3 เมตรต่อวัน ถูกค้นพบครั้งแรกโดยคณะนักสำรวจบริติชแอดมิรัลตี โดยมีหัวหน้านักสำรวจชื่อ เซอร์เจมส์ คลาร์ก รอสส์ ในวันที่ 5 มกราคม ปี ค.ศ. 1841 ซึ่งก่อนหน้านั้นเซอร์เจมส์ คลาร์ก รอสส์ ได้เป็นผู้ค้นพบตำแหน่งสนามแม่แหล็กขั้วโลกเหนือเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1831
