Now, as I am working through different functions in HEC-GeoHMS and ArcHydro Tools, every time it is creating arbitrary subbasins, not what was pre-planned. I have tried several options like, DEM Reconditioning with the Pre-Planned Drainage Line, Build Wall with Pre-Planned Catmchments, but it had no different.
I am intending to have the Sub-basins and Drainage Lines as the Pre-Planned Catchments and Drainage Lines. How can I do it?
