ხერხემლიანთა განვითარება კლასების დონეზე


ბიოლოგიური სახეობების მეცნიერული კლასიფიკაცია შემოკლებით ბიოლოგიური კლასიფიკაცია ან მეცნიერული კლასიფიკაცია – ცოცხალი ორგანიზმების იერარქიულ პრინციპზე დაფუძნებული სისტემატური კლასიფიკაცია. მეცნიერებას ამ კლასიფიკაციის შესახებ ეწოდება ტაქსონომია, სიცოცხლის თანამედროვე კლასიფიკაცია საფუძვლებს ძველი ბერძენი არისტოტელეს შრომებიდან იღებს. (ბერძნ. tassein – კლასიფიცირება და nomos – კანონი) .


ცხოველების მეცნიერული კლასიფიკაციის ძირითადი იერარქიული საფეხურებია (ტაქსონები): სამეფო, ტიპი, კლასი, რიგი, ოჯახი, გვარი და საკუთრივ სახეობა. მცენარეთა კლასიფიკაციისას ტიპის შესატყვისია განყოფილება. ხანდახან იყენებენ შუალედურ ტაქსონებსაც: ქვეტიპი, სუპერკლასი, ქვეკლასი, ინფრაკლასი, ქვერიგი, ქვესახეობა და სხვა. ბოტანიკაში ქვეოჯახსა და გვარს შორის ასევე გამოიყოფა ტაქსონი ტრიბა.
