I am assuming your building creating rule file has the start rule Lot
.
What you can do is to create your own rule file that imports the other file. Then your start rule contains a case statement with probabilities:
import other : "pathToOtherRule.cga"
@StartRule
Lot -->
case p(0.7):
other.Lot
else:
NIL
This gives you the building for 70% of the shapes and nothing for 30%.
You can also use an attribute to drive the probability and make it easier to change it.
